Do I need experience to start?
The Foundations track is designed as an enquiry route for people who are new to strength training. A real coach would discuss your needs before recommending sessions.
Will this give me a workout plan?
No. The selector helps you describe what you are looking for. It does not prescribe exercises or replace an individual coaching conversation.
Can I book a session here?
This is a fictional gym concept. The brief builder saves a local enquiry document; it does not book a session or start a membership.
Start where
you are.
Start by describing your current experience and the movements you would like to understand. A real coach can help you find a suitable first step.
Your next step.
