We carry what cannot be replaced. One courier, one satchel, one unbroken journey.

61 countries. Collected within 38 minutes in 40 cities.

Leg I · The Andaman shore

Collected at the water's edge.

Your courier meets the parcel where it is: a villa, a tender, a beach at noon.

Leg II · The Arctic Circle

Carried through the long night.

No depot, no sorting belt, no cargo hold. The satchel never leaves his shoulder.

Leg III · The Amethyst Flats

Across borders without a ripple.

Customs papers are cleared before he sets off, so nothing waits at a desk.

Leg IV · The Garden Road

Handed over at the door.

Placed in the hand of the person you named. Nobody else may sign.

The house

Since 1924, Maison Zerda has moved the things that cannot be replaced. Not by freight and not by drone. By hand, by one courier, from your door to theirs, in a single journey that is never broken and never out of sight.

What we carry

Small, rare, irreplaceable.

If it fits in a satchel and would be mourned if lost, it is ours to carry. Choose a line to see how it travels.

The method

Four steps. No hand-offs.

  1. Summon

Call the desk or use your member line. A courier is assigned by name before you hang up.

  2. Seal

He arrives, seals the piece in front of you and gives you the matching half of the waybill.

  3. Carry

One courier, cabin only, with papers cleared in advance. You can follow every leg live.

  4. Hand over

The seal is broken only with the person you named, who signs your half of the waybill.

In their words

Trusted, quietly, for a century.

The stone left Bangkok at breakfast and was on my bench in Antwerp before the workshop closed. Same courier, same seal.

He waited four hours in the snow for the right person to come home. That is the service.

Before you ask

Plain answers.

Is it really one courier the whole way?

Yes. The person who seals your consignment is the person who hands it over. On routes longer than 30 hours a second courier travels alongside, but the satchel does not change shoulders.

What can you not carry?

Anything larger than cabin luggage, anything alive, cash, and anything a customs officer would refuse. If you are unsure, ask the desk before you pack it.

How is my consignment insured?

Every journey is covered door to door up to the value you declare, underwritten in London. The premium is already inside the price we quote.

Can I follow the journey?

You receive a live waybill showing the leg, the distance carried and the state of the seal. Share it with the recipient or keep it to yourself.

How fast can a courier reach me?

In 40 cities the median is 38 minutes. Elsewhere we give you an exact time when you call, and we keep to it.
