The catalogue includes portable HTML builds and larger projects; inspect the entry’s handoff before choosing. Your subscription does not buy a finished custom website or an AI-builder subscription.

Are the Lovable community templates a paid benefit?

No. All 131 links in Free Lovable community templates are free to access without a Scrollhaus account or subscription. Those templates are made by independent designers, not Scrollhaus. Open them on Lovable for creator attribution, current availability and licence terms. Lovable usage and hosting may have separate costs. Paid Scrollhaus plans cover our separate premium website and creative libraries.

How many premium prompts can I copy?

Monthly includes unlimited creative prompts and 10 distinct premium website copies per UTC week. Copying a website’s source, prompt, or instructions reserves that website once for the week; revisiting it does not use another slot. The week resets Monday at 00:00 UTC. Yearly and Lifetime include unlimited website copies. Existing two-month and quarterly members keep the terms they bought. Free resources stay free.

Do higher-priced plans unlock more features?

Every paid plan opens the premium library. How do I get access after paying?

You can go straight to checkout without creating an account first. Use the email you want for Scrollhaus. After Stripe confirms payment, open the secure link sent to that email to verify it and enter your account already signed in. No password is required. If access is still pending, use Already paid? Check access on the Account page or contact admin@scrollhaus.ai. Do not pay again.

Can I upgrade my current plan?

Yes. Sign in to your Account dashboard to upgrade Monthly or a legacy Two-month or Quarterly plan to Yearly or Lifetime, or Yearly to Lifetime. If you have a valid discount code, enter it before checkout. Your dashboard shows unused-plan credit and the amount due; after successful payment your previous renewal stops. Taxes and the final total appear in Stripe checkout.

Will the build match the preview?

Portable entries provide original source alongside the build prompt, which gives your AI builder an implementation to follow. Larger projects may need their full files and dependencies. AI tools can reinterpret or change source, so check the entry’s format, reproduce the original first, and compare desktop and mobile behaviour before publishing.

Can I use it for clients, and what happens when access ends?

You may customize included resources for your own or client projects during valid access. Projects lawfully published during that period may remain in use after a subscription ends. New downloads and new projects require active access. You cannot resell the underlying library, distribute premium resources as templates, or share your account. Third-party media, fonts and code retain their own licences.

Is hosting or Lovable included?

No. Scrollhaus supplies the reference and build resources. You choose and pay for your AI builder, domain and production hosting separately. Use approved final media on your own production storage. A demo’s forms, checkout and integrations still need to be connected to your real services.

Can I cancel or request a refund?

Monthly and Yearly can be cancelled to stop the next renewal; existing Two-month and Quarterly subscribers can cancel as well. Access continues through the paid period. Lifetime does not renew. Send billing or eligible refund requests to admin@scrollhaus.ai within 14 days, following the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

What does lifetime mean?

Lifetime means access for the commercial life of the Scrollhaus product and your account, subject to the Terms. It includes future library additions during that period and has no recurring bill. It is not a promise that the service or every resource will exist forever.

Can I try it before paying?

Yes. Browse the Free to build collection and the free creative resources. The 66 OpenHero video backgrounds, 272 still images and selected effects and original 3D templates remain free. Paid access unlocks the premium collections; you do not need a paid plan just to use those free assets.
