Clear terms for building something original.

1. The service

Scrollhaus provides animated website references, templates, source-oriented build resources, prompts, backgrounds, effects and educational content. Availability changes as the library develops. A preview demonstrates a creative direction; it does not promise that a third-party AI builder will reproduce every detail automatically.

You are responsible for reviewing generated code, replacing project-specific content, checking third-party licences, testing accessibility and performance, and securing your final deployment.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be legally able to enter a contract and provide accurate account information. Keep your sign-in details confidential and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. One account is for one person unless a written team licence says otherwise.

We may suspend access used for credential sharing, scraping protected resources, fraud, abuse, infringement or attempts to bypass access controls.

3. Plans, payment and renewal

Prices, taxes, billing frequency and plan inclusions are shown at checkout. Stripe processes payment information. Yearly access renews according to the checkout terms until cancelled. Lifetime access means access for the commercial life of the Scrollhaus product and account, subject to these Terms; it is not a promise that the service or every resource will exist forever.

Premium access is matched to the authenticated account and checkout email. Use the same email or contact support if a purchase does not attach correctly.

4. Intellectual property and licence

Scrollhaus and its original branding, editorial content, interface and library organization remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Your right to use build resources is defined by the Template Licence. Purchasing access does not transfer ownership of Scrollhaus or permit resale of the library itself.

Some examples may reference third-party fonts, libraries, stock media or tools. Those materials remain subject to their own terms. Replace or license them for production when required.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to violate law or third-party rights; distribute malware; interfere with security; probe private systems; automate excessive downloads; resell access; clone the Scrollhaus catalogue; or present unmodified resources as an exclusive original product. Normal customization for your own or a client website is permitted under the Template Licence.

6. Availability and warranties

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We work to keep previews and resources accurate, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, identical output from AI tools, search rankings, revenue, browser compatibility in every environment, or fitness for a particular project. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scrollhaus is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data or third-party platform changes. Our aggregate liability connected with a paid plan will not exceed the amount you paid to Scrollhaus during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limit does not apply where the law prohibits it.

8. Changes, termination and disputes

We may update the service and these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a revised date and, where appropriate, communicated to account holders. You may stop using Scrollhaus at any time. Sections that by nature should survive termination continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator’s principal place of business, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country. Before starting a formal dispute, email us so we can try to resolve it in good faith.
