Where the Bubble Wrap works best
Packaging, shipping and e-commerce brands, stress-relief apps and playful brand moments.
How it is built
An instanced grid of transparent domes that spring and flatten when popped, with a pop-count readout; drag to pop a row, double-click for a fresh sheet. The whole effect is plain three.js in one module script. It renders only while it is on screen and caps the pixel ratio on high-density displays to protect performance.
Add it to your website
- Add a Code, Embed or Custom HTML block where the effect should sit (Webflow, Framer, WordPress, GoHighLevel, Shopify or plain HTML).
- Paste the snippet. It is one element and one script; three.js loads from a CDN.
- Edit the colours and words in the settings block, then publish.
Frequently asked questions
Is the Bubble Wrap template free?
Anyone can open it live and try the interaction. Copying the code is included with a Scrollhaus plan.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. On touch screens it runs a gentle automatic motion so the scene is never still, and taps trigger the click interaction.
Do I need Spline or three.js experience?
No. It is one HTML element and one module script. Colours, text and images live in a settings block at the top.
More playful 3D templates
- Watching Eyes: Five glossy eyeballs that follow the cursor anywhere on the page, each with its own lag, and blink on their own.
- Gold Coin Stacks: Stacks of gold coins rising like a chart; hovering tosses the top coins and a click rains them back down.
- Orbiting Planets: A tiny solar system that tilts with the cursor; hovering a planet stops it to show its name.
- Voxel Terrain: A blocky island where the cursor raises hills block by block, from sand and grass up to snowy peaks.
- Live 3D Bar Chart: A 3D bar chart that grows into place, highlights a month on hover and regrows with fresh data on click.
- Puzzle Cube: A glossy puzzle cube whose rows turn as the cursor sweeps over them; a click scrambles it.
